the Human voice
If you want to get the chance to enjoy top-notch Russian theatre, then immerse yourself in an English version of La Voix Humaine by Jean Cocteau from Moscow's Armenian Theatre. Although the play is in English, you get the impression that watching a play in Moscow — that is not just another international show, and intended for a national context, and that is how the play is presented to the audience. Zita Badalyan — the protagonist of the film, thrown by a woman who begs her ex on the phone is there or not, depending on the operator, cross lines and beeps. One act play is structured with the fragmented nature of the dialogue to the gradual intensity of the emotional scale, while the woman gives in to despair. Directed by direction Fame Stepanian, taking a minimalist but arty decor, Zita Badalyan confident, mechas from hysteria to joy and from joy to pain through strange moments of reflection. A dark presence dressed in a black suit of Alexei Samoilov provides additional during moments of introspection. As the Central character, Badalyan too young: we not only have to see her tired out of despair, we must also feel it, but honestly, the selection of actors for his age (for some reason) is another feature of the former Soviet theater in General. In some ways it would be better to play on Russian language, because even in a short speech could be seen an overabundance of emotions. But expressive singing in Armenian decorated the whole performance.
